- Only the data you enter in the contact form: type of request, name, company, email address and message.
- Purpose
- To answer your request and, if you wish, prepare a first discussion. Your data is not used for any other purpose.
- Retention
- Your data is kept while your request is handled and the exchange followed up, for no more than 24 months after the last exchange, then deleted. If an assignment follows, the related documents are kept in line with legal obligations, that is 10 years for accounting records. A copy may remain in our host’s backups for up to 30 days.
- Recipients and hosting
- The data is sent by email to ProtoGraphia Sàrl and hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak, which acts as a processor under a contract in line with Art. 9 FADP. It is never sold or passed on to third parties.
- Server logs
- Like any web server, our host’s server records technical data on each visit (IP address, date and time, page viewed) to keep the website running and secure.
- Cookies and analytics
- This website uses no cookies and no audience measurement tool. What you type in the contact form is kept in your browser until it is sent or the tab is closed; it only reaches us when you send it.
