Bionomous Sortivo — laboratory instrument

Program completed in a year and a half, patent filed, New Product Award at SLAS Europe 2026.

Developed within Bionomous: fluidic, optical and housing modules, management of manufacturing partners.

System architecture, lead for hardware development and the patent filing, coordination of the in-house team and integration of strategic partners to keep the project on track.

Mixfit — multi-powder dosing module

Personalized nutrition · Proto Graphia assignment · 2018

From first sketches to functional injection-molded parts in less than nine months.

A compact module that doses powders with widely varying properties (proteins, vitamins, minerals), developed and industrialized with an engineering team in Switzerland, the US and the Netherlands. Work carried out: concepts, CAD, mock-up and functional model, powder testing and iterative optimization of the dosing unit design, industrialization through to the preparation and follow-up of part injection molding.

Zabriskie — 3D scanning and reverse engineering

Zabriskie 575 sailboat · Chantier naval du Moulin, Moutier

Parts designed using reverse engineering.

The Zabriskie 575 is a sailboat developed in Switzerland by Damien Rossé, founder of Chantier naval du Moulin in Moutier.

The boat and its trailer are 3D-scanned, then the parts are modeled in 3D to fit the complex shapes of the scan. Manufacturing of the plastic, carbon and stainless steel parts is then subcontracted to our partners. The project includes the winch bracket and the keel bulb support on the trailer, as well as a quick-release system for the rudder mechanism.
